Local news reports are increasingly cryptic, keeping everyone on edge. This is where you were born, and rarely do those born here leave their quaint, isolated existence.

With your education complete, you now face an endless expanse of free time and limited direction. The possibilities are endless: explore, earn a living, form friendships, unravel mysteries, tend to a farm, cook meals, go fishing, appease the ancient deities, communicate with the dead, tremble under the pale moonlight, and hope to survive through the night. Demo Information

The Welcome to Elderfield alpha demo offers a glimpse into what is to come. The demo includes one area of the town, the farm and ranch, the first “dungeon” area—the local mall—and several smaller places to explore.

The final game promises to be more than three times larger, incorporating at least two more “dungeon” areas like the mall. Each area will have multiple levels, and new features such as Old God alignment, calendar-based events, and quality-of-life enhancements will be introduced. The demo represents roughly one-sixth of the planned finished game.

Alpha Updates and Feedback

Alpha updates beyond the demo will be available exclusively to Patreon members. These updates will be released as the game develops, allowing patrons to provide feedback and experience the game’s progression firsthand, including bugs and all!
