About the Story
Cameroon’s skepticism was a shield against the world, but the promise of a harmless ritual was too enticing to resist. The idea of spending five days in a serene house with strangers seemed like a chance to find belonging. However, as the days passed, he found himself waking up to an unsettling solitude. Each morning, the strangers would be waiting, their presence as unnerving as it was unexplained.
Escalating Terror
Despite their frozen posture, Cameroon sensed that these strangers were always watching him. The whispers that permeated the walls were in a language he couldn’t decipher, adding to the mystery and fear. As the days went by, the house itself began to transform. The walls seemed to pulsate with life, the lights became unreliable, and the rituals increasingly felt like a sinister trap. By the fifth day, Cameroon realized that he was never intended to escape.
